Shipping and Delivery

  • Free delivery on orders over £100 to most areas in the UK  (delivery surcharges will be applied at checkout for some areas of Scotland)
  • £20 if the order is less £100

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. Stock is kept in multiple locations across the country and whilst we try and only list in-stock items on our website we will need to run an additional stock check once an order has been placed.  Once we confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment we will process the payment and contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day. If there is any delay such as an item on backorder or the item being out of stock, we will contact you and void the pre-authorisation.

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and we have contacted you, we will charge your card and arrange delivery.

Deliveries are scheduled on weekdays from Monday to Friday during operating hours from 7 am to 7 pm. Our goal is to provide flexibility, and for certain items, you can select your preferred delivery date. To check availability and cost, please refer to the product page or contact us. If your item requires a 2-man delivery, we will confirm the date with you at least 48 hours in advance and provide you with a 3-hour delivery window in some cases.

 

Free delivery terms

Delivery is free of charge to most of the UK on all items over £100 however if you are in a remote area such as the Scottish Highlands*, some areas of Wales and the North East then a delivery surcharge will be added to your order at checkout.

*Please note that the postcodes classed as Scottish Highlands can vary, depending on the supplier courier & their own zone rules.  Please contact us for more information. See below for details.

 

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to hello@bedtimeforkids.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

Any orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

 

Failed delivery

If the delivery is not successful and a re-delivery is needed then an additional charge will be added to the order
